Congratulations to ILKON’s first annual short film festival winners

We had a fantastic response for the inaugural ILKON Short Film Competition. All the entries were of a very high standard with great storytelling, cinematography, use of music and professionally edited and presented. This made judging very difficult and no entrants should be disappointed and should be encouraged to keep honing their craft and tackling important issues.

Movember was judged best Short Film, it tackled a hugely important issue with great skill, empathy and emotion.
Public Displays of Affection won the best Short Documentary category.
The £1500 prize money was split across the two categories.
